Sleep Hygiene

Sleep Hygiene is an important aspect of everyone’s life, but for college students, not having good sleep hygiene can be detrimental to their mental and physical health. According to the study published by Cambridge University Press, their goal was to assess the relationships between mental and physical health issues, sleep quality, and food insecurity among college students. Their study consisted of multiple surveys conducted across 22 higher education institutions totaling 17,686 college student participants. The results showed that college students reported a high food insecurity that was associated with poor mental and physical health as well as poor sleep.
