HOTLINES
Crisis hotlines are an effective tool that can contact any person to a trained counselor. It’s a 24/7 communication service that can aid distressed individuals, and most importantly, prevent suicidal thoughts.
You can receive support anytime, even if it’s a holiday, or you speak a different language. Anyone can call the number, whether they need emotional support or just have suicidal ideas. There is always support available for you.
